YNAP launches the Sponsorship Program 2020 project

To celebrate International Women’s Day 2020, Yoox Net-A-Porter Group has launched a new program internal sponsorship with the aim of increasing the number of women in technology leadership positions. An important initiative, which aims to build a culture
inclusive and to create concrete learning opportunities for all talented young women: through the sponsor, in fact, the girls selected within the project will be followed and supported in the advancement of one’s career professional.

The Sponsorship Program is part of a program of initiatives demonstrating

Group investments in digital education and women empowerment .
