Notice of Infringement

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled in error due to a mistaken copyright claim, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or a relevant jurisdiction outside the US if that is where you reside) and that you will accept service of process from the claimant.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a policy of terminating access for users deemed to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
UK Considerations
While the DMCA is a US law, demonstrating a process for handling copyright complaints is considered good practice under UK law as well.
