Although Mr Johnson will not head the Government’s 5pm press briefing, he will chair two strategy meetings. This morning, Mr Johnson will chair a pandemic cabinet discussion before hosting a second strategy meeting in the evening where he will evaluate a plan to ease restrictions. According to the MailOnline, some allies of the Prime Minister claimed he was ready to modify some of the social distancing measures if their sufficient scientific guidance.
